Our Cross Country Training Program for 2020 will begin the week of Aug 31st with RFYL and will be complete at the end of October.  Please register below or call Coach Randy @ 647-297-2639 to find out the latest on program, training details (schedule) & competitions.  Training will take place in Scarborough (Thomson Memorial Park or Birchmount Stadium),  Durham (Pickering & Ajax) and Clarington/Oshawa Regions.
