The 2014/2015 Indoor Competitive Track & Field Season has gone extremely well for The Durham Gazelles. We’ve competed in over 15 Indoor Track & Field meets combined for both Elementary School Age, High School Age and Masters Age Gazelles and 90% or more of the Gazelles achieved personal bests in their individual events. The club has produced Provincial and Canadian Champions also. What sets The Durham Gazelles apart from it’s competitors is we focus on the holistic development of our athletes. This is a combination of confidence building, fitness development, mechanical analysis, diet and injury prevention. Track & Field is a very challenging sport and we believe all these elements must be touched upon for our Gazelle Athletes to achieve maximized potential.
We are looking forward to continuing this positive trend with our upcoming outdoor Track & Field Season. We will be focusing on our Gazelle’s School Meets + the Competitive Track & Field Meet circuit for the summer of 2015.
